It's with great appreciation that I share this review of Jo Ellen Smith at Bailey Properties. 3 years ago I was searching for a rental property near the beach. Based on her experience and reputation she was able to find a great opportunity two blocks from the beach and I bought the house prior to the MLS listing and bidding frenzy. After some repairs were completed I secured a long term renter who just renewed for a third year. In the current market of 2020 it would be impossible to find a similar opportunity, and I applaud Jo Ellen for her foresight and experience.

We have been working with Rachel S. as Tenants. From the initial contact with her while looking for a rental, to currently renting for over a month, the experience has been excellent. Although the Company discloses that they represent the Owner they treat Tenants with respect and dignity. Rachel is a true professional who knows the market and neighborhood and does a great job at "matchmaking" Tenants with Owners. Although she is busy (which is a good thing) to this point all issues we had were resolved in a timely manner. Communication and reasonableness have also been exceptional; we really appreciate working with Rachel and Bailey Properties and look forward to working together for years to come.

Allan Melikian is an excellent relator and made buying our home in Aptos a positive experience. He has extensive knowledge of Santa Cruz, Aptos, Capitola and the surrounding areas. He was quick in returning phone calls and worked around our busy schedules. I greatly appreciated his ability to explain contracts, inspections, and all the paperwork that goes with purchasing a home. I would highly recommend this relator.
