Joined Bailey Properties March 17, 1980. As Business Manager, I am responsible for the staff at Bailey Properties. I ensure that our staff has what they need to provide superior service to our agents and clients. I play an active role in strategic planning and budgeting, and am responsible for all the accounting for our offices in order to ensure that funds are distributed appropriately and that buyers and sellers receive the necessary statements to complete the financial aspects of their transaction. I have resided in Aptos since 1978 and I have taken an active role in the community as well as in organized real estate. In 2000 received Woman of the Millennium award from the Aptos Chamber of Commerce. 2006-present Director, California Association of Realtors and currently serve as Vice Chair the Legislative Committee, Other CAR offices I have held: 2015 Chair, Political Action Committee; 2010, Chair Federal Committee; 2009 Vice Chair of Land Use & Enviornmental; and on the Executive Committee. In 2012 I was President of the Santa Cruz County Association of Realtors. For our Local School District: 2005-2009 Chair, Bond Oversight Committee, North Zone, Pajaro Valley Unified School District
